Jacqueline V. Carson is the President of Temple Fitness II Corporation, a health and wellness company which focuses on helping individuals create healthy lifestyles. She is a licensed Master Trainer and Lifestyle Coach for the Centers for Disease Control (CDC) Diabetes Prevention Program, a Certified Personal Trainer and Health Coach who works with various organizations, including government organizations and private institutions, to develop and implement health and wellness programs.
After spending more than a decade working in health and wellness, Jacqueline has developed the necessary skills and experience as a subject matter expert in diabetes prevention and general health and wellness for individuals of all age groups. She enjoys working with organizations that address health needs and promotes healthy lifestyles in the community. She is passionate about faith, family, and fitness, and believes that through a combination of all three, everyone can achieve their best health. Working with local and regional institutions, she develops and implements diabetes prevention-related and other health programs. She also provides services in health promotion, community wellness, training, and program development.
Her expertise in diabetes prevention is evident in her work as Community Health Coordinator, at Advocate Christ Medical Center where she coordinates and leads the regional Centers for Disease Control (CDC) Diabetes Prevention Program (DPP) for three hospitals. In addition to her certifications as a Personal Trainer and Health Coach, she also holds a BSc in Computer Science and an MSc in Electrical Engineering. When not involved in developing health programs, local work or at home with her family, Jacqueline can be found delivering health and wellness presentations and enjoying reading and running 5K’s.
